GEO Stands with Greenland

The GEO stands in solidarity with the people of Greenland and affirms their right to sovereignty and self-determination.

For this reason, GEO condemns the Trump administration’s stated plans to take ownership of Greenland under the guise of “real national security and international security”.

We stand with graduate workers at UIUC from Greenland, and encourage affected GEO members to reach out to GEO’s Solidarity Committee should they need any support from their union.
